Ürünün iade alınabilmesi için aşağıdaki koşulları sağlaması gerekmektedir.
• Donuk, 4 ve raf ömrü 15 gün ve altı olan ürünlerde, sadece müşteriye teslimat sırasında iade alınır. Ürün ayıplı veya gizli ayıplı ise sevkiyat sonrası da iade alınabilir.
• Peynir, tereyağı için teneke açılıp sadece 1 kalıp kullanılmış olması şartıyla iade kabul edilir.
• Zeytin, salça, turşu gibi diğer teneke ambalajlı ürünlerde, teneke açılıp sadece 1 kg. kullanma şartı ile iade kabul edilir.
• Koli, Çuval ve paket (makarnalar vb.) ürünlerin iadesinde, ürünlerin kullanılmış olması durumunda, ürün ambalajlarını geri almak (parti no ve SKT bilgisi okunabilecek şekilde) şartıyla iade kabul edilir.
• Firmamızdan kaynaklanan sorunlardan (son kullanma tarihi geçmiş, hasarlı ambalaj vb.) müşteri ürünü iade etmek isterse, ürünün açılmamış, kullanılmamış olması ve ürün iade talebi sevk tarihi üzerinden 15 gün geçmemiş ise müşteri iadesi alınır. Aksi taktirde müşteri iadesi alınmaz.
• Donuk, 4 ve raf ömrü 15 gün ve altı olan ürünlerde, sadece müşteriye teslimat sırasında iade alınır. Ambalajı açılmamış, kullanılmamış ve 15 gün iade süresi geçmemiş tüm ürünler için iade talebi oluşturabilirsiniz.
